- ⅔ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese (about 2 ounces)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 ½ pounds total)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Heat the oven to 375°F.
Stir ⅔ cup mayonnaise, ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese, and 1 teaspoon garlic powder together in a small bowl.
Cut 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts in half horizontally to get 4 pieces total. Pat dry with paper towels. Season all over with 1 teaspoon kosher salt and ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
