  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Cooking Instructions

  • Slice the beef thinly against the grain.
  • Marinate the beef for 15–20 minutes.
  • Prepare the sauce by whisking all ingredients.
  • Blanch the broccoli briefly and drain.
  • Sear the beef in a hot pan and remove.
  • Cook garlic, ginger, and pepper flakes.
  • Add broccoli and return beef to pan.
  • Pour sauce and cook until thickened.
  • Finish with sesame oil and seeds.
  • Serve hot over rice.

Notes

Slice beef against the grain for tenderness. Use high heat for best stir-fry results. Avoid overcooking broccoli to maintain texture.
