Ingredients
  

Oats Base

  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop plant-based vanilla protein powder I used Truvani
  • 1 Tablespoon natural rainbow sprinkles I like Supernatural or Watkins
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon butter extract optional
  • Pinch salt

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl or mason jar. Stir well to combine. Seal the container with a lid and place in the fridge overnight.
  • Take the container out of the fridge the next morning and stir the mixture. You may want to add a little more milk before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

If meal prepping, store in the fridge for up to 5 days. Best consumed within 1-3 days.
