- 1 cup sour cream
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ cup bacon, cooked and crumbled

- ¼ cup green onions, sliced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
In a medium bowl, stir together the corn, chiles, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, bacon, cheddar, and green onions until well combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
