How to Make Crispy Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, breadcrumbs, sharp cheddar, Parmesan, eggs, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  • Form the mixture into 1-inch balls. Wet your hands slightly if the mixture is sticky. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. They are ready when your kitchen smells cheesy!
