Crust

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted

Filling

  • 3 packages cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare a springform pan.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, then press into the pan to form the crust. Bake for 8–10 minutes and let cool.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and mix until creamy.
  • Add eggnog, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon, mixing gently.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing lightly after each addition.
  • Mix in flour and heavy cream until smooth.
  • Pour filling over crust and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 50–60 minutes until center is slightly jiggly.
  • Turn off oven, crack the door, and let cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients for a smoother batter. Avoid overmixing to prevent cracks in the cheesecake. Chill overnight for the best flavor and texture.
