  • 1 Banana frozen
  • 2 Medjool Dates pitted
  • 3 Tablespoons Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 0.5 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt or substitute a dairy-free yogurt
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.25 Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk

Instructions
 

  • Add all of your ingredients to a blender and blend on high until they're fully combined.
  • If needed, you can pause the blender, remove the lid, and scrape down the sides so that everything is fully incorporated.
  • Once done, serve and enjoy! This recipe makes one large smoothie, or two normal-sized ones!

This smoothie is gluten-free, nut-free, and can easily be made vegan-friendly.
