Beef and Noodles

  • 8 oz noodles preferably rice noodles
  • 1 cup vegetables mixed vegetables like bell peppers and carrots

Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang Korean chili paste
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
