  • 1 piece ripe plantain
  • amount frying oil

Instructions
 

  • Peel the plantain and cut diagonally into pieces ¼-½ inch thick.
  • In a pan, heat frying oil over low to medium heat and add the plantain slices.
  • Cook until golden brown on both sides, then scoop out using Loisa’s skimmer and place on a paper towel lined plate to drain.
  • Serve hot. ¡Buen provecho!
