Ingredients
  

Bacon and Dairy Base

  • 6 slices bacon chopped
  • 4 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise use real mayonnaise
  • 1 ounce packet ranch dressing or 2 tablespoons
  • 1 cup shredded cheese I used colby jack
  • 2 whole green onions chopped

Dippers

  • Pretzels, crackers, chips or veggies

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Heat a large skillet on medium high heat and add the chopped bacon, cook until crispy and remove to a paper towel to drain.
  • In a medium bowl add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch, cheese and bacon and stir until combined.
  • Chill for at least 1 hour and garnish with green onions.
  • Serve with pretzels, crackers, veggies or chips!

Notes

I used colby jack cheese but cheddar or pepperjack would also work.
