- 1.5 pounds petite gold potatoes washed and cut in half
- 1 pound fresh green beans washed, trimmed, cut in half
- 0.5 cup onion sliced
- 4 cloves garlic sliced
- 1 teaspoon creole seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a 12-inch skillet. Add sliced Polska Kielbasa and brown over medium heat. Flip the sausage and brown on the second side.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the potatoes, green beans, onion, and garlic with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil until evenly coated.
In a small mixing bowl, evenly combine creole seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
Sprinkle the spice mixture gradually over the vegetables, tossing in between additions, to evenly coat vegetables with the spice mixture.
Pour vegetables and cooked sausage into the baking pan and combine. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
