  • 0.5 cup heavy cream

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Add flour and whisk continuously to form a smooth roux, cooking for 1–2 minutes.
  • Gradually pour in warm milk while whisking to avoid lumps.
  • Stir in heavy cream and let the mixture simmer gently.
  • Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano, mixing well.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Adjust consistency with milk if too thick or simmer longer if too thin.
  • Add olive oil and red pepper flakes, then stir to combine.
  • Let the sauce cool slightly before using.

Notes

Use fresh garlic for the best flavor. Warm the milk before adding to prevent lumps. Stir continuously to avoid burning and keep the sauce smooth.
