  • cup olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice Use fresh lemon juice for best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons harissa sauce or 1½ tablespoons harissa powder
  • tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 small garlic clove, finely minced
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a jar with a lid or a mixing bowl.
  • Shake vigorously or whisk for 15–20 seconds until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust lemon, sweetness, or salt as needed.
